Groove Software Training for Local Emergency Managers
One day of hands-on computer training will provide emergency managers an intermediate level understanding of the Groove software that has been distributed to local ESDA/EMA's throughout Illinois. The training will encompass Groove basics as well as detailed instruction on emergency response workspaces as well as providing users daily uses for Groove in their jurisdiction to communicate between statewide and other local Groove users.
This training is open only to the jurisdictions that have received the Groove software through ITTF Homeland Security Funds. The Groove Training has no pre-requisites. It is suggested that each jurisdiction submit only two personnel for the class, a technical person and the jurisdictions ESDA Coordinator.
Please note: Applications for courses will be accepted up to 1 day prior to the course date.
However, the cutoff date for lodging is 7 days prior to class.
