Industrial Radiography Exam

The Illinois Emergency Management Agency, Division of Nuclear Safety, is pleased to announce the opportunity for examinations in Industrial Radiography. All Chicago area exams will be held at a state facility (CMS North) in Des Plaines. All Springfield exams will be held at the Agency's Rodgers Street or Outer Park office. All exam applicants will receive a letter of acknowledgement with map/directions to the exam site. Please click here for a listing of dates and locations.

If you wish to take this exam, please select your choice of test site and date, complete the application for examination and send it with the $100 exam fee to the address indicated at the bottom of the application. (This Agency must recieve the forms and fee no later than 40 calendar days prior to the test date selected.) If there are insufficient applications for a given date, we will contact the applicants with the opportunity to reschedule the exam to a different location or different date.
