Q. How can I participate in the DNS Drinking Water Testing Program?
A. Each Community Water Supply System was sent a participation form. To sign up for service please sign and return the form to our laboratory at 1301 Knotts Street, Springfield IL 62703. If you need a new form, you can request one by e-mail. Once we receive the form, you will be billed for service and DNS will start sending out sample bottles.
