PLEASE NOTE CURRENT IEMA LODGING RESERVATION POLICY (Revised 11/2009):
- Following the receipt of your lodging reservation confirmation e-mail, it is your responsibility to contact the hotel to confirm your reservation by providing your credit card number.
- If you do not confirm your reservation 72 hours prior to the start date of the class, your reservation will be cancelled.
- If you have confirmed your reservation with your credit card, but are either unable to attend the class or decide that you do not need the lodging, it is your responsibility to call the hotel and cancel your reservation; otherwise your credit card will be charged for the hotel room and tax.
- If you attend the class and stay at the hotel, IEMA will be direct billed for your hotel room and tax.
